• Since iThemes has no public forum for iTSec Pro, we are compelled to share the following in this forum:

After upgrading to iTSec Pro 7.0.1 (latest version as of today), we noticed the Export/Import Settings tools for the plugin have been removed. We searched everywhere for them. Gone. iTSec Pro 6.8.5 (previous version) had them.

Enough is enough. Given the high number of bugs and/or issues we have discovered with iTSec Pro 7.0 and iThemes’ under-par support, we have decided to delete this plugin in its entirety and use SG Security instead. Much cleaner, more efficient, and gets the job done. Plus, our website runs a bit faster too!

Winning us back will be difficult. We already expressed our concerns (details) with iThemes support. Unfortunately, they have all been ignored.

    Ciao!

    Update:

Regrettably, as stated above, we deleted this plugin and switched to one that offers better support.

    Case closed (for us).

    Cheers!
