Get Download after Submiting Email

    Hello

    I would like to give an option to users to Download a PDF file after they Submit there Email address. The PDF should become available for download once the provide the email address.

    The submitted email should then either get Emailed to ME Or go to Google Docs Spreadsheet Or preferably have a list of people wose email can be viewed from WordPress Dashboard. This although is ideal, getting it to just email me the address would also work.

    Some form on CAPTCHA would also be prefered. I would use this on my blog : programmingkid.com

    May you please provide with any Plugin or PHP Script for doing the same. Any help would be appreciated.
