Mobile Menu Sidebar is not clickable

  • Hi people,
    would be great if you could help me out with this issue or at least the direction of the problem origin:

    The problem does not appear on the desktop when I enter the developer mode and open the mobile look, but on mobile devices. The menu shall be opened via a menu icon then in the top left. When you click the icon on a mobile device, nothing happens but the “re-captcha”-icon at the bottom left appears, but the menu doesn’t open.
    When I try it on my laptop viewing the mobile version in developer mode, it works perfectly.

    Any ideas?

    Could it be that PLugins don’t work together or CSS code is blocking this?

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.
    I recommend asking in your theme’s support so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
