Category Description ?????????? No widget area ??

  • Love Anders Noren themes, and this one is very modern, probably the best I’ve used yet.

    However, I would almost give it Four Stars because it lacks any widgetised sidebar area. Its easy enough to register a sidebar, and display it, but one should have been added in the footer. Its just confusing to install WordPress and not have ‘Widgets’ displayed as a submenu of ‘Appearance’.

    However, the theme does display the category description out of the box, which I am very often adding in, because it should be included in all themes, but it usually isn’t.

    So apart from being really elegant, nice style, exactly the options you want in the customiser, this is really above and beyond.
