Unable to see the Gravity Forms Entries in Excel settings

    Call for Help!
    i am unable to see the settings of Gravity Forms Entries in Excel
    i can see the plug in is activated in plug in area and previously created download links also working

    But unable to see the settings

    I am using WordPress 5.6.4 and Gravity Forms Entries in Excel 1.8.12

    i can see the download link in form list also

    in addition to this i am seeing the below error in system status

    by GravityView – 1.8.12 Your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this Add-On (1 errors).

    how to solve this issue

    i resolved the issue
    it was the issue with PHP zip extension
