Urgent need to set order manager role

  • Hi,

    I urgent need to set a role for order manager.
    So I want to hide all menu (including third party plugins menu)
    This role will need to access woocommerce -> orders
    Add edit delete order

    Is this possible with the free version If yes please tell me how.
    Is this possible only with the paid version If yes please tell me how.
