Fundamentally changed the plugin

The plugin was a simple and easy-to-use tool to manage the user profile avatar. No more the case.

Now, the author has completely changed what the plugin does. It now does lots and lots of other things that I do not want.

I can’t understand why the author does this. If you develop something completely different, why not launch it as a separate plugin?

I don’t want all those other function. And surely it introduces a lot of bloat, as well as a much higher level of risk, since the plugin has become much more complex (as illustrated by the Wordfence alert).

I will be looking for a simple plugin to manage user avatars and replace this plugin.
