When I click on “Place Bid” it doesn’t seem to do anything

    Hi there,
    Thanks for the plugin.
    I’m trying to use this one on my website, and after activating + doing settings, when I click on “Place Bid”, just seems static. Appears doing nothing, but e-mails are sent and if refresh the page, the bid value has increased, normally.
    Unfortunately is only visual I guess. Neither “Place bid” button was changed.
    When I check “Enable an alert box:” it really shows the alert box, but the error is same. After alert box, does nothing visual.

    We tested the auction plugin in our server. When the user clicks the “Place Bid” button, the bid is added successfully and it’s notice is displayed at the top of the product page. The bid of the user is updated in the bid history table. Bidders and admin also get email for it. If you enable Ajax functionality from the auction settings, the plugin updates the current bid value without the refresh page.

    As per your query, “Place Bid” button does nothing when it is clicked. But email is sent and the bid increases when the page is refreshed. Your wordpress site has theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some css/javascript conflict on your site, this error is happening. If it is possible for you to share below details, it would be really helpful to solve your issue.

    1) Create test auction product on your site and share URL. So, we can check your issue.

    2) Share WooCommerce System Report. It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

    Thanks for the reply.
    I noticed that when I return the product page, and come back to it, using the browser navigation arrows, it really shows the message. But normally and correct way, waiting on product page doesn’t.
    Here comes what you asked:

    We tested query in your site. An error occurs in the console when the ‘Place Bid’ button is clicked. This is the Js Error that comes from Woodmart theme which you are using into your site. This is premium theme. so we can’t test it in our server. It seems that this issue happens due to Woodmart theme. We suggest you that please use other WordPress theme into your site and try to place bid on auction product. It will work.
