ERROR: Form 1347

    Hi,
    I installed the MC4WP plugin and I can’t figure out what I did wrong but I’m getting an error (see below). I’m far from an expert with any of this so I’m hoping you can help.

    You can find the sign-up form that’s giving me the error on the sidebar at https://glutenfreefoodee.com. I have MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress version 4.8.6 and my WordPress is version 5.7.2. Below is the error I am receiving:

    ERROR:

    ERROR: Form 1347 > Mailchimp API error: 404 Not Found. Resource Not Found. The requested resource could not be found.

    Hello @glutenfreefoodee2021,

    Can you please go into your form settings and check whether the list that the form subscribes to still exists?

    Oh my gosh – I just had to check a box. Thank you so much. I was able to complete the form now.

    Sorry – I just have one more question. Do you know when or how the subscribers get updated in MailChimp? I added 2 new subscribers through the form on my website but I don’t see them in my MailChimp contacts. Is there something else I should do?

    maybe double opt-in is turned on? If that’s the case the subscribers won’t be added until they click the confirmation link in their email.

    The double opt-in setting is under Mailchimp for WP > Form > Settings.
