Multistore

Hi, how does the pro version handle migrations from PS multistore?
Do I need to set the shops into multistores first using e.g. Woo Multistore Plugin?

My PS multistore is on two separate domains, as in:
https://www.domain.com
https://www.a-different-domain.com
