Terrible Customer Support

I have the YoastSEO Pro and everything was working fine until recently. I submitted a ticket requesting support and it took a little more than a day, which is acceptable. However, after I responded to their reply, they decided to ignore my response. It has been a full week since my last response. The last follow up I sent by email was also ignored.
The first time the tech apologized for the delay citing heavy workload. Again, 24-48 hours is acceptable. 7 full calendar days is not.
