Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AdvancedEvents Event

  • Hi,

    In my Facebook Business Manager, my Pixel is showing this error :
    “Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AdvancedEvents Event
    Your server is sending an invalid ct, email, external_id, fn, ln, phone, st, zip parameters value for your AdvancedEvents event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
    Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ct, email, external_id, fn, ln, phone, st, zip parameters for your AdvancedEvents event and that the data is normalized correctly.”

    How can I fix this, it seems that this is impacting ads delivery and optimization

    PixelCaffeine version 2.3.3
    Woocommerce version 5.4.1
    I’m using the SERVER SIDE TRACKING with API token
