Spam Registrations

    Hello guys

    I’m having a challenge with spam registrations on my website from a particular domain (clicktds.org) where I receive just within minutes, hundreds of subscriptions with emails from this same domain.

    having used several different anti-spam plugins to no avail, I wrote to the wordpress forum and someone recommended Ban Hammer. Unfortunately, after installing and activating the plugin, the problem still persists.

    Anyone here with an idea on how this plugin can help? Maybe I’m not using the plugin as it is supposed to.

    You’re having this problem with ALL anti-spam plugins?

    That suggests you’re not using the ‘normal’ registration system, since I checked and when I put @clicktds.org on my Disallowed Comment Keys list, it prevented me from registering (I used [email protected] for a test).

    Do you have any special login plugins?

    Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I just checked and for more than four hours now, I haven’t received any registration from that domain. I guess it works now.

    After installing the plugin, I didn’t enter @clicktds.org as disallowed. That’s surely the reason the problem persisted.
