Woo tax rates

    Hi,

    I activated and started the OSS procedure via the plugin.
    Now all countries are shown with a standard tax rate of 20% in the woo tax settings table. That can’t be right, can it?

    Hi there,

    no, that is not right. Did you use the button to switch on the procedure? Please use the tax rate import option under WooCommerce > Status > Tools to re-import your tax rates based on your current OSS status.

    I have re-import the taxes again. For some reason they were overwritten when the participation in the OSS procedure was activated. Now the plugin works very well.
