    Hi @sarahsas,

    We are sorry to hear of the problem. The first thing that I’d try in similar cases is to use the alternate URL type for the watermark image ( Relative if I were using Absolute and Absolute if I were using Relative ).

    Also, if you have a different domain, let’s try uploading the watermark image to that domain then try using it’s absolute path URL to see if that will change anything.

    @mihaiimagely Ah, thank you. Changed the url from relative to absolute, and that seems to have done the trick. Strange, but it’s working. Thank you!
