unable to update product categories in coupon

    Hello,

    Am using the
    Order / Coupon / Subscription Export Import Plugin for WooCommerce (BASIC) to update the product categories in coupon through a csv file.

    After importing i see that the product categories have not been updated.

    Can you please help.

    Hi @jeeya1609,

    In order to import/update the category data of coupons, you need to specify the category ID in the product_categories and exclude_product_categories columns. Please make sure that you are using the category ID in the CSV instead of the category name. If you have multiple categories to be included then please use comma symbol(,) in between the ID’s.
