Problem with my site

While updating the content of my page, I got a message in the plugins updates that there was an error updating Otter, and that it couldn’t update it and it actually disappeared from my page and it messed up several of my content. I’m designing my page from scratch, I have no coding experience. Anyone can help?

It cannot be found in the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ directory, as far as I can see
