Conflict with Aftership Plugin

im using Aftership Plugin for my site https://ohmymi.com.my. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/aftership-woocommerce-tracking/

I’m unable to connect my store when i have AAM activated. it gives connection error.

But when i deactivate the plugin, i’m able to connect successfully. It requires us to generate aftership api from our own profile.

Is there some security settings that i have to add within AAM to allow aftership to make connection?
