homepage slider not showing up.

I just got a premium theme from Themeansar named newsup pro
they promise to give me a support on how to make the theme look like exactly what I saw in the demo
after making a payment they stop responding to me and yet still I could not fix it the theme has been giving me a lot of problems

the slider on the homepage not showing a picture it’s a blank
check and tell me how to solve it.

also, the theme nav bar is vertically showing instead of horizontally so all viewers can see what we have
instead of them clicking on the navbar before they can see them
