I don’t think this is possible within the WordPress dashboard. You might try doing it from your database, this would at least be quicker. phpMyAdmin for example.

First, you do have access to the phpMyAdmin interface correct? WordPress has a nice example of what it looks like here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Backing_Up_Your_Database

The above is of course walking you through a backup. But it’s in this area that you would look for the post tables and make the date changes.
