The Popular Posts plugin hasn’t solved yet till now. Of course, I already updated the file, but the issue doesn’t solve. I’m trying to put Posts’ numbers in a different way, but nothing has changed. Here’s the link is given below of Footer Widget: The updated plugin doesn’t solve yet.

Kindly look into this matter again. Thank You.

    Hi @marakjd,

Your website doesn’t load for me so I can’t check what’s going on.

Also, please share the settings you’re using with your popular posts list.

Firstly, you entered the wrong URL. That’s why You didn’t get the link to access my website. You entered as like this:
You entered a wrong URL here.

The correct website URL is https://www.rajasimla1867.com

Secondly, I’m showing you the updated cases here. Recently, there was a single post on both the Footer and Sidebar Widget. But now, I found 3 nos of posts on both widgets. Kindly check the links given below:

After updated the plugin, I found 3nos of posts in Footer widget.

I found 3 nos of posts in Sidebar panel.

Kindly check the image widget settings for both Sidebar and Footer widget here from the link:

I’m putting 20 Number of posts on both widget, but showing 3 nos. only.

I hope, this time some solutions may come from your side. Looking forward to the final solutions. Regards.

That’s the URL you shared. I just clicked on it.

That’s odd. Did you uninstall the plugin? Because if you did and you reinstalled it afterwards then that’d explain why you’re only seeing 3 posts now instead of 20: uninstalling the plugin also completely deletes its data from the database.

I found very mismatched texts on all the posts in both Widgets. I found some symbols through the Title of the posts in both widgets. But at first, I tried to check all the settings from the widget panel without deleting the particular plugin. I restarted the system and even my website then tried to check it again. It was found the same errors as before. That’s why I delete it.

However, it didn’t happen like that before actually. Because once I did the same when I transferred my website into another hosting, but all are okay even after I reinstalled the plugins including WPP.

Any changes to recover it? Kindly look into that. Thanks.

No, unfortunately there’s no way to recover deleted data. Not unless you have a recent backup of your database. If you do have a backup then you may be able to restore WPP’s database tables and get your views data back.

If you don’t have a recent backup of your database then try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask them if they have one.
