Good evening guys, my site offers products without shipping, products by digital means, so I changed the Woocommerce settings regarding Shipping, I removed and I don’t quite remember how. It so happens that now the Plugin configuration cannot be completed, the Woocommercer Setup, and when I try, then the following message appears from the Woocommerce Plugin: “shipping is done! Don’t worry you can always change it later”. It happens that I couldn’t return Woocommerce to the Default Setup, the incomplete Woocommerce Setup appears in my WordPress Dashboard instead of the store summary. I would like to restore the Default Setup and normalize the Pluging, even though I don’t need the Shipping functions, if someone may be able to assist then I would be immensely grateful.

The site I need help with is numyastro.life. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi, @numyastrolife!

[…] my site offers products without shipping, products by digital means, so I changed the Woocommerce settings regarding Shipping, I removed and I don’t quite remember how.

For reference, the usual way of excluding products from shipping is to set them as “Virtual”:

Does that help you recall how you changed your shipping settings? If you’re interested, you can read more about them here: Adding Virtual Products.

I’m also not entirely sure what you mean by “normalize” the plugin, so it would be helpful if you can clarify that. In the meantime, you can always check your shipping settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. You can also refer to our Shipping documentation here: Shipping.

    Hi! Cara – a11n

Yes, I used the virtual option, however, only in my first product that is “simple”, because in the others that are not simple, which are classified as “variables”: in “general” appear only the functions “tax status” and “tax class”.
However, I managed to solve the problem at that point, it so happens that in “Settings” “General options” in “Shipping locations” I had disabled and chosen “Disable shipping and shipping calculations”, then I changed it to “Ship for all countries” and the “Set up” of Woocomerce was completed, resulting that the summaries and store data appeared again in wordpress dashbord, this way I now understand as normalized all the plugin functions.

    Thank you!
