Thank you for your reply. In the WP-Optimize plugin settings, could you check if Cart,　My Account, and Checkout pages are excluded from the cache?

Nevermind with this issue. It seems the hosting server is the issue. I had other issues like 404 page errors too. So I made a copy of the site and loaded it on a different hosting server and everything works fine. So I am not sure what is wrong with the server, their tech support keeps telling me its scripts timing out, but again, it all works perfect on another server..
