  • Hi @asanobu

I’m so sorry this has happened and thank you for the link!

I believe this may be related to a similar problem we’ve identified with how we hand non-roman characters in links.

Could you update one of the lesson titles and permalinks temporarily to a test name with roman letters to confirm if this is in fact the issue?

Please let us know if you have any questions on how to do this!

    Thanks and take care,

Thank you for your reply. @nrherron
I have tried to update a name with roman letters for one lesson.
But I’ve never seen any improvement. Still invisible.

    Hi @nrherron
For the next trial, I tried to update names with Japanese characters for one session and one lesson with your course template.
The course template has not been published but both of Japanese characters and roman letters are visible.
What’s the difference, do you guess?

    Hi @asanobu

Can you tell us what happens if you publish it, or switch the linked course above back to draft mode? Do the titles show up?

Could you also send us your LifterLMS System report: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/

Please be sure to redact any personal information you do not want shared on a public forum!

Let us know if you have any further questions!

    Thanks and take care,

    Hi @nrherron

    Thank you for your comment.

Though I didn’t switch back to draft mode, I confirmed such trouble happens even in draft mode.
For another trial, I have built up the same course by scratch while I were sometimes checking by preview. The course curriculum was visible until almost done. But after implementation of payment the course curriculum was turned into invisible.
I don’t know if the payment implementation relates with invisible.

As another issue, I have faced cautions of internal server error such as 403 or 500 when I built course with course builder.

I use LifterLMS of free, so I don’t see “system report” of menu.
Please let me know another option for report.

    Thanks.

    Hi @asanobu

Can you tell us what the payment setting is, or do you mean the course looks fine until you go through the process of paying for it.

If you remove the access plan or the pricing table does this fix the issue?

These errors could be caused by a couple of things. We’d need more information of what happens right before you see the error and other information in the system report.

The free version of LifterLMS does have the system report! You would find it under LifterLMS->Status. It should be the main tab you land on when navigating to that page!

My apologies for the confusion, that documentation seems to be wildly out of date! I’ll let our team know so we can get that updated.

Please let us know if you have any further questions!

    Thanks and take care,

    Hi, @nrherron

I have almost given up this troubleshooting.
But I tried to switch other themes and then found out some themes work well.
So far I didn’t doubt theme because it was written that the current theme is adequate for LifterLMS.
Oops, I had too much wasting time. But maybe it’ll be OK.

    Thanks.
