Easy TOC not working as expected

    So I just installed Easy Table of Contents (thanks for the great plugin!)

    It works really well but the behavior isn’t what I expected and maybe it’s a theme issue. The TOC appears but the items in it do not Jump to an anchor lower in the article but rather cause a full page refresh and remain back at the top where the TOC is.

    Im using the “Manual” theme and im not sure if thats the issue or it’s something else. When I looked at the source it looks like all the “H” tags got made into anchors.
