Mailpoet free does not send emails

How is your button when preparing to send ?

Maybe both of us will be able to solve this problem ?? before support answers sometime ??

I tried everything and the send button is not active as well, although cron works, it doesn’t send my messages.

So if I got it right, you’re using MailPoet with a third-party sending service but your newsletters are not sent.

Can you please check MailPoet > Help > System Status and check for any errors there? Can you please share a screenshot of this page?

@treibalen Thanks for replying, I was digging deeper, and yeah there is an error, I guess my cron jobs are not working.
Find the screenshots here. I have also included my settings for task scheduler, and error message.

@robertodevbxl No send button is just fine, it’s queues that don’t work.

Thanks for sharing the error message!

So from what I see, your site cannot establish the connection with the sending method’s settings you used.

I’d recommend checking two things:

1) If your sending method’s settings are correct in MailPoet > Settings > Send With.
2) If your site can establish a connection via SSL/TLS. You can share the error with your hosting provider and they should know what to check.

@treibalen Thanks for the reply.
In send with section, I updated my preferences to smpt, and test email (within smpt settings) worked!
Then I sent a test campaign from Mailpoet to my personal account and in 20 minutes, it did not arrive yet.

So if I got it right, you updated your SMTP settings and a test email was sent successfully, but a test newsletter wasn’t.

Can you please advise if you’re seeing any error message in your System Status after a test newsletter wasn’t sent? What’s its status in the MailPoet > Emails tab?

@treibalen Yeah there is an error there.

stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://spaceshop42.com:443 (Unknown error)

It’s the same as before, and the task scheduler does not work it says.
In Emails status is Unprocessed

Thanks for the error messages! Yes, the issue seems related to your cron since it’s not used for test emails.

I’ve seen cases where upgrading your PHP version to the latest one and adding the php7.4-curl package resolved this error.

Can you please check that with your hosting?

@treibalen I contacted my host and upgraded the PHP version and installed curl, it helped, all my pending emails were sent, thanks for assisting.

Hi. My mailpoet is suspended more than 24 hrs and, of course i can’t send newsletter.
There are good connection, and the system status says:
