Doesn’t play well with ELEMENTOR (Breaks Menu & Forms)

  • Every time I enable SiteGround Optimizer it breaks many areas of my website that use Elementor elements, including my main menu navigation and opt in forms which renders my website unusable.

    In the update log on Elementor, it says that SiteGround has made a patch for this issue in latest updates that are intended to fix the compatibility problems, but these issues have not been fixed because it still breaks my site.

    It’s a shame because I love SiteGround as a server and want my website to be able to link to the great optimization features that it offers with the hosting service I pay for. I really wish they would fix this compatibility issue, and if so, I will gladly update my rating to 5 stars.

    Hello @djshortee,

    I am sorry to hear you are having such issues. Many of our clients are using Elementor normally. There are no known issues with it and the latest SiteGround Optimizer version.

    Thus being said, the issue is most probably related to a specific custom setup of the website.

    If you provide us with your website URL and steps to replicate the issue, we will check the case further and assist on resolving it.
