Make a new feed with posts shown in one category

    Hello,
    I would like to know how to create a new feed for my WordPress posts that fall under a certain category of my choosing.

    I’m pretty good with PHP, experienced with WordPress front-end, completely new to looking at the WordPress back-end. I just don’t know where to start.

    Anyone know how I can make a script that generates a feed (atom preferably) showing posts that are categorized under a certain chosen category?
