• I have just started my first web site using wordpress.
    I am using pages rather than posts, but I have a major problem already.

    I downloaded a template but now I cant scroll down on my page.
    According to the “view source” I have a “no” next to scroll when it obviously should be a yes.

    However, I have no idea where to change this.
    I have tried using “editor” on my wordpress site but I can’t find the “scroll” item anywhere.

    Any help would be a godsend!

  • without a link to your site, there is not much help possible.

    posting the name of your theme might also help;
    if you use the name of the theme to tag your post, it might attract the theme author’s help as well.

    general, these things such as ‘scroll’ are often defined in style.css of the theme.

    idream is the theme

    Can I add my link without penalty?

    if you are not sure, read the forum rules:

    adding a link to your problem site is really useful, as it is often otherwise impossible to discuss the problem and to help (particular with css and style issues) – and is not considered spamming;
    have a look at other threads, and you will see that most have links added.
    the alternative without a link to your site would be to download the theme, install it, and see if one can reproduce the problem loally – a waste of time and resources, and not feasible with modified or selfbuild themes.

    adding a link as a signature when helping others is considered advertising.
