Site Admin Not Receiving Emails

    Hello, for some reason the automatic emails are not arriving in my site admin inbox.

    I installed WP Mail Logging plugin and it is showing them, but they never arrive in my inbox (I checked spam etc)

    What could be the issue?

    Other emails for vendor/client seem to be ok.

  • Hi @guineder,

    It seems there has a problem with your email server. You need to set up Email SMTP properly. In that case, you can try the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

    But if the plugin doesn’t resolve your problem, then kindly contact your hosting provider for help.
