Not paid Order is not saved

    Hello! When selecting PayPal from checkout page, modal window opens. But the order is saved only if the payment is done. That means that if I close the window without paying, the order is lost. Is there an option to open the modal one step after, I mean once the order is saved by WooCommerce? Thanks in advance.

    Interesting question!
    It appears that the order is not created until the payment request is sent to Paypal as this request does include an order number.
    In the case you are describing, there is no request sent to PayPal and it appears that the order is not created.
    In this case the cart can be considered as an Abandoned Cart.
    There are numerous plugins that can handle Abandoned Carts which you cna research by simply searching for WooCommerce Abandonded Cart plugins
