Prevent ONE page from being modified by authors

    Is it possible to make sure that ONE particular page cannot be modified by the authors?

  • What exactly do you mean when you say “authors”? What role do they have?

    I’m asking because, by default, WordPress users assigned the “Author” role can only publish and manage their own posts. So users with the “Author” role shouldn’t be able to modify other user’s posts, by default.

    So if this is a problem for you, it means your “authors” have “Editor” or “Admin” roles.

    Can you please clarify what role your “authors” have?
