Free Downloads Buttons Missing on all products after Update

    My download buttons have disappeared on all my products after updating to woocommerce 5.5.1

    Can anyone please help?

    Sorry, I just realised the free downloads had deactivated as did half my plugins.

    However now when I click on the download button it is sending to a page saying
    “File not found Go to shop”

    Is there a fix for this?

    I started getting the same error after updating to 5.5.0. Won’t update yet to 5.5.1 until this is resolved.

    Hi guys. After updating to Woocommerce 5.5.1 I found the same error: when a customer clicks the download button, browser opens with message “File not found Go to shop”. All downloads show same message for logged in customers.

    I have just had reply from Woocommerce and I had to change the download method from Force Downloads to Redirect Only. Everything is now working fine.

    @chantahlia in the WooCommerce settings it says that’s not a secure option. I hope they fix the issue so we can use the more secure option.
