Backup not sent to Google Drive (cport 443 onnection timed out)

    Hello,

    We have Updraftplus installed on our website, eveything was going fine, the backups were programmed every week and were sent to my Google Drive. But now, the connection to Google is not succesful, the message that I get on the log is: “Failed to connect to https://www.googleapis.com port 443: Connection timed out”

    I have disconnected the Google account and reconnected it, but the same problem still happens.

    Can you help?

    Hi,

    Please can you check with your host and make sure that there are no firewall or security module that is blocking the connection?

    Hi,

    You are right, it seems that our host has reinforced the security and this is the reason whay the connection with Google Drive is blocked…
