A very robust plugin and great support

This plugin has offered us a lot of flexibility in creating rewards systems that interface with 3rd party integrations. We are currently working on an integration with a large learning/dash/leaderboard system company our client is working with and with their API and MyCred’s API we are passing points back and forth and creating new users on the fly.

Any and all questions I have had or even when I had trouble parsing the payload I had help and the problem was solved within a few days.

I would say the only issue I have had so far has been some vague documentation and the time difference when getting questions answered here in the US. Very minor issues when you factor in how flexible and multifaceted this plugin and its add-ons are.
