Have problems with opening player

  • All of the sudden my plugin has broken and I can’t open any of the playlists. It displays a black rectangle instead of the player.

    Can you please check for plugin conflicts first like described here https://www.cssigniter.com/kb/checking-for-plugin-conflicts/
    Does the issue persist?

    I have checked, the conflict poped up without me installing a new plugin. Anyway I deactivated and activated all again, and the plugin still doesn’t work from the beginning

    I tested the audio file in a local installation and it works fine.
    Can you please test three things please
    – Switch temporary themes and let me know if the issue persist
    – Make sure you have the Latest AudioIgniter version

    I changed the theme, and the player looks the same.
