Edit | Delete Permanently issue.

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue, where the images are not actually deleted from the media library, when the user clicks on the Delete Permanently link, in the frontend submit form.

Yes, the form does say deleted, and the user can then upload another image. Should they use the same naming for that file, it will then create image-1.jpg, instead of image.jpg, which should have been deleted. Both files will then be in the library.

Of course, this may be a plugin conflict and/or a permissions issue in our WP installation, but before we go chasing that, please can you confirm… does your plugin delete the file from the listing AND the media library?
