    Hello there,

    Randomly, we have few orders which remains in a Pending Payment status, even if we have received the payment on the Paypal side. The Paypal transaction is validated, all is green, but the corresponding order in WooCommerce remains Pending Payment. It’s really annoying, maybe it’s a timeout, I don’t know on which side… These orders have no notes in WooCommerce.
    However, most of the other payments are working, and orders have been set Completed, but we need to fix the Pending Payment problem !

    yes, it seems like there is a timeout and we guess it’s on the site of the customers. Would it be possible to ask a client what is happen during his order process? Can you check the log files, please? You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Log

    Hello,

    I’m asking to our customer support manager if our concerned customers want to share what’s happened.
    Nothing in the logs, but I didn’t activated your plugin logs until this morning. We’ll see if we can catch any informations in the logs.
    Also, I saw this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ipn-paypal-settings/ and it looks like it’s the same issue. As a user adviced, I set a longer timeout on http requests. Hope that will fix the problem…

    Apologies for the trouble.
    The next plugin update is scheduled for early next week and should resolve this behavior you are experiencing.
    This plugin version may already provide some relief as it fixes a potential issue in the checkout when a new user account is created: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PZuqz_jakapp_0hHeXXAQl-CRlEIPWZQ/
    In any case, we are currently testing the next update and will release it as soon as possible.

    Thanks for the update. However, I prefer wait until the official release of the next version. My production environment is quite sensitive, as they all are ??

    Just for information, since I have increased the timeout, no order encountered the previous issue.
