• The booking cancellation work with the customer’s email link, but when clicking it, the link leads to home page and not a cancellation page. how can I fix this ?

    I don’t see a pre-built page or any shortcode to add to a new one that can visually confirm the cancellation when clicking the email link.

    Plus, how can I change the email sent when a reservation is made ?

    Thanks for your questions.

    1. Please navigate to Accommodation > Settings and make sure that the following option is enabled – User can cancel booking via link provided inside email.
    2. Under this option you will notice a selector of the Cancellation Page. Please select a page that will notify the guest that his booking is canceled.
