Use text in section as excerpt possible?

    Hello,

    when I write text as a normal paragraph, it’s being used as an excerpt in the blog and archive.
    But when I use a section, the text is not being shown as an excerpt.

    How can I get the text from a section to be used in the blog overview?

  • I have the exact same issue. When posts have their text in a section block, the ‘the_excerpt’ is empty. So on category pages the excerpt will not show.
