Recovered abandoned carts report not working

    Hi, I am using this plugin & plugin is very good, But there are some issues in the reports…
    I created an abandoned cart via a different browser & customer account. This cart display in the Abandoned Carts List. When I click on the Checkout button, the customer abandoned cart is removed from the Abandoned Carts List & if place order from Abandoned order, abandoned cart is removed from the Abandoned Carts List but this recovered order not displaying in reports.

    Hi,

    Recovering an abandoned cart will be recorded in the report if the customer clicks on the Checkout button in the abandoned cart email. Have you tried this same?

    Yes, I place orders from the abandoned cart email given button, the link redirects to checkout page then I placed the order successfully. Then after I check on reports recovered order is 0. I tried to change the order status-completed still the recovered order is 0.

    Hello,

    I updated the plugin & tried again placing an order via abandoned email but the issue is not fixed yet… In reports, Recovered Order:0 displaying & in the products tab that abandoned product is also not display.

    Hello,

    In Reports, the “Product” tab only showing the Abandoned products list. How can I get all recovered products lists, Quantity & Amounts?

    The recovered quantity and amount of the abandoned cart in the report will be checked and update next time, please follow our changelog.
