    Hi

    Some clients have a third-party app like true caller.

    The SMS is not getting received by clients.

    What can be done? how do I know if the OTP has been sent?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    It seems you are using your own SMS gateway to send out OTP messages.
    Could you please check the gateway logs for the numbers on which you are not receiving OTPs?
