Theme customization not saved after publishing

Hi,

It’s a great theme with awesome customization options. There’s only one problem though, the saving of customizations doesn’t work all the time. When I customize the theme, it shows the change in preview, but not after when I publish. I had to write additional css code for a lot of the basic customization like color.
