    Hi, just wondering if there was a way to add support for syncing other custom post types (that are also being sold as products through WooCommerce) to the Square POS?

    The specific need in this case is to sync the events post type from The Events Calendar plugin to square. The sales from that post type are being sent to square, but not the products themselves.

    It’s really odd that the products aren’t syncing but the Sales are.

    Could you confirm the product type for these products? I can check on this internally with the developers based on your response.

    Could you check if these products have any SKU’s assigned to them?
    WooCommerce Square relies on SKU’s for product sync primarily, if products are missing an SKU, they might not sync.

    Thanks for the response. The products are events with the post type (tribe_events). The events are being created with The Events Calendar plugin and sold through Woocommerce. Each event does have a SKU.

    Thank you for confirming that!

    Currently with the Square plugin’s built-in functionality, it’s only possible to sync Simple and Variable products. For example, even Bookable products from our WooCommerce Bookings cannot be synced at the moment.

    It would be a similar situation with those Tribe Events products, and adding functionality to sync those would likely require some customization. If you need assistance with coding or custom development, we recommend reaching out to a developer from one of the services at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Regarding the sales, if you are using Square as a payment gateway on the site, then all sales would still show up as transactions in Square — the product/inventory would be a separate thing.
