Time Based Button

This is very specific functionality.
You have to create custom plugin which display the html markup of desired button based on current time.

Something like this

date_default_timezone_set('Ireland/Dublin');
$date = date('h:i:s A', time());
if ($date < 05:00:00 AM){
echo 'good morning';
}
?>

Create custom page template or shrotcode and put your logic in it.

I would not use a PHP solution for this because if you have any caching, the PHP changes will not be reflected in the delivered site. Consider doing this with Javascript/jQuery.

So, there is no paid or free plugin available to achieve this?
