My Website Just Crashed As I was Updating WordPress 5.8

Hi Support Everyone,
Trust we are well.

Please do anyone have an idea how I can rectify or downgrade my website to WordPress 5.7.2? To be sincere I logged in not quite long I saw new update for WordPress 5.8 so I clicked on update now, as the update was going on I don’t know how and what finger pressed as I wanted to get book across. Seriously I don’t really understand what happened and how it happened and the next thing I saw was the image I attached to this post as a screenshot.

Please anyone that has solution to my challenge should guide me to return my website to normal. Both the back end and front end cashed. The screenshot I attached on the post is for the back-end view.

Edit: Please I just found out that the problem is from WordPress not my blog. As I logged out from here I received an email that my second website has updated automatically for WordPress 5.8. as I went to view the page the same thing happened. Please WordPress team look into this. I can’t access my two websites. More grace to your elbow.
