Unable to automate WooCommerce Tax and Jetpack

    I’ve connected Jetpack and the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin, however, when I try to “Set up Tax,” and am prompted with the question: “Jetpack and WooCommerce Tax can automate your sales tax calculations for you.” when I click “Yes please” nothing happens. I’ve tried every browser on a Mac. My plugins and WordPress version are all up to date. Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Jetpack requires a publicly accessible site to work properly. I can currently a coming soon page is active on your site. What result did you get when you remove the coming soon page?

    I have this same issue – the site is public, so not sure why its not working? The support page only took me through to options to pay for bluehost or wordpress- this isn’t helpful. Why does the connect button not work?
