Lost Password – Not Sending

    Hello,

    When I enter in a lost password page, I get an error saying “The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. Get support for resetting your password.”.

    I have WP Mail SMTP setup with Google (I believe it is a G Suite account). What would prevent the email from going out?

    Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let me know if you have any issues sending emails from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test with Gmail mailer configured? The provided URL isn’t working for me, but you might have some plugin interfering with the email sending.
