order shows in paypal but not in wordpress woocommerce

Can you view the order detail in the backend by adding
/wp-admin/post.php?post=000&action=edit at the end of your store URL? – replace 000 with your order number (e.g. https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=12345&action=edit)

Also, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

There isn’t much indication at the moment from there of what may have caused the missing order.

As a next step, could you please check for any fatal-error logs from the date of the order.

To find these please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

If so, please select ‘View’ and copy and paste them into your reply. If they are lengthy, you can paste them into another tool such as https://pastebin.com/ and share that URL instead.

Can you confirm if that was working as expected before? If so, do you remember when exactly it started happening? Was it after adding a specific plugin, theme, or even after specific updates?

Also, if you create a new test order, does it shows as expected from your end?

Hi, no I never delete any orders, just mark them as completed.

I get new orders daily and this is the only that I know of that does not show in wordpress woocommerce orders page.

There were no plugins updated that I know of.

In case your theme or plugin is breaking the backend functionality, can you please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to check if you can see https://www.slservice.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=3879&action=edit.

Please also make sure all plugins are up to date.
