Issue after upgrading to 3.0.5 : front end formula is abnormally pre-filled !!!

updating from 2.11.8 to 3.0.5 (or any above until latest release) impacted forms to submits articles from front-end.
It seems like they are being pre-filled with some data from the form itself… very strange.

Between those two captures, only ACF FrontEnd has been updated.
Any clue ?

Note: anyway, I still have issue since 2.10.15 (see other thread)
